A sports carnival being held at Kai Tak Station Square on December 16 and 17 will have renowned former footballer Leslie Santos teaching children some ins and outs of the game.
Get Set Go returns after a big success last year. There will be 50 activities including different sports experience booths and workshops, sports and art performances and a cultural orienteering race.
Soccer Blue Clinic, set up by ChelseaFC Soccer School (Hong Kong), has invited Santos to teach children basic skills, and participants can also have a taste of the training model of a professional football player.
Other sports activities on offer include a rope course, ice hockey, roller skating, taekwondo, skateboarding, fitness dance, and electric cars for kids. The event is tailored for 10,000 participants and is open from 10am to 6pm each day.
