Police on Monday said they have arrested a man they suspect posed as a Good Samaritan to rob a visually impaired man.
Officers said the victim was approached outside Fortress Hill MTR Station on Saturday by a man who pretended to help him, but instead snatched a bag containing the victim’s phone and ID.
Police said they arrested a 26-year-old suspect after studying CCTV footage.
