Police said on Tuesday that a 23-year-old man had died after apparently losing control of his motorcycle and ramming into a flower bed in Tsing Yi.
The accident happened on Tam Kon Shan Road near Tsing Yi Northeast Park at about 4am. The man was declared dead at the scene.
A 23-year-old woman who was also on the bike was taken to Princess Margaret Hospital.
