Mid-Autumn festival this year is rarely followed by weekend holidays, and children can finally play until midnight! Therefore, why don’t we enjoy the festive time with our family at Okios farm at the Shing Mun River Channel in Shatin where the Moonlit Party will take place?
Taking part in the party, you can enjoy various extraordinary activities like walking down a 33 feet long light and shadow tunnel, joining hand shadow plays with family, taking photos up close with the three-meter tall moon lamp, enjoying the view of a sea of lanterns, and immersing in an aurora tour in the space filled with different neon lights.
In the evening, you can join the group singalong and party games. Fluorescent rockets will also be fired to make this autumn evening more colorful. All participating groups in the party will receive a gift pack, which contains the super speedy fluorescent rocket, a DIY handmade tambourine, and a bell set, with mid-autumn snacks. Parents are encouraged to bring their own light snacks to the party to share them with other families there, exchanging parenting tips and meeting new friends.
